SHIPPING
We will ship your order on the same day if you placed your order before (16:00) 4PM CEST If you have placed your order after (16:00) 4PM CEST your order will be processed the following business day.

 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

The Netherlands & Belgium: 1-3 Business days

Rest of Europe: 3 - 5  Business days

Worldwide: 7 - 20 Business days

 

 RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 14 days for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURN POLICY

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Sometimes it can happen that items get damaged while being processed. If this is the case please send us a email at info@shopsphyre.com within 3 days with the details and pictures of the damaged item.

PLEASE NOTE THAT AFTER 3 DAYS IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU.

 RETURN PROCES

To return an item, please email customer service at info@shopsphyre.com first with your items, your order number and name, securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card/ Bank company
